Question the System. Part-Two.

Islamic countries.

‘Allah’ May be the highest authority, but who comes next in line of the systems. As we have seen with recent changes in the middle-east some countries have now more tyranny than they had before. There has been a breakdown in order and in some countries no one really knows who is running the place.

Generally in any Muslim country ‘Democracy’ is not what we understand in the west, to question could mean death. Islamic systems, Dictatorships, even Kingdoms holding western ideals, but still no freedoms.  Exodus 1:8-10,  Esther 1:19,  Daniel 3:1-3,  Revelation 18:4-7,  11-13.

Question the system? Part-One.

Communist lands.

Cuba, North-Korea, China, Syria, Angola, Venezuela are what is left the once effective Communist block. Many of these nations still today do not allow their people to have the right to express themselves. It remains a crime to question the State or the system, it is considered a mental illness to believe in any higher power than that of the philosophy of the founding fathers of Marxism, Socialism and Communism.

People live in fear of their own neighbours and work colleges, if not family. Having no religion is considered to be the intelligent way for humanity to further itself.  Psalm 14:1,  53:1.

Love and Marriage. Part-Three.

‘Lust is not love.’

Many relationships are built on a false foundation, that of Lust. When problems arise there is no relationship, friendship or desire for partnership, because it was all based on sexual pleasure, fancy and self centered motivation. Lust is about getting ‘what I want and by force if necessary.’

Lust outside marriage as well as within, ultimately leads to disaster. In marriage many find it hard to push one, so they look for the greener field over the hill’. Later after all the pain and the hurt of marital breakdown and divorce, they find that field was the same as the one they left.

Jesus had much to say about marriage, lust and divorce.  Matthew 5:31-32,  Exodus 2o:17,  21:7-11, Deuteronomy 21:10-14,  24:1-4, Proverbs 6:24-25, 1 Corinthians 10:6-7, Ephesians 4:22.

Love and Marriage. Part-Two.

Not everyone will marry.

Marriage is not for everyone, some cannot, others it just never happens and some may have committed to a vow of Celibacy, for many varied reasons. Others like their own company. God is loving and merciful and understands each individual  situation.

But God does not tolerate selfish ambitions and rebellion towards Him. Evil may continue on the earth for now, but one day all people, both the saved and the lost will have to give Him an account.

We may laugh at God and the Bible now and mock, but if we do not repent, change our mental attitudes towards Jesus and His sacrifice for our Sin and failure, we will be eternally cut off from God’s presence.

Deuteronomy 23:18,  Matthew 7:6,  1 Corinthians 6:9,  Galatians 5:19,  Luke 16:19-31,  Revelation 22:15.
