Lies?

Many started well, but over time they have returned to their old habits, we are nearly all guilty of this problem when sin raises its ugly head!

Many believers in power and in business are forced into positions of not telling the whole truth, if not down right lies? It happens everyday the world over and it is awful when the unbelieving world sees this terrible injustice and hypocrisy that they refuse the Good news message.

Fear of loss, of others, of loneliness, of bragging are all different forms of lying that may lead at times to more problems than any resolution of a already bad situation? The Disciple and Apostle Peter could talk and yet after all he had gone through with Jesus had to be a hypocrite in front of Paul?

Ekklesia prepares for face Coverings!

Socialising has always been and issue in the spreading of germs such as the flu, but this new disease is not the flu but a virulent bug that has many guises and is extremely dangerous to all with underlaying conditions?

Science has to be heeded now, since they are the ones who are on the medical front lines and many are dying in this process, while many are also our brothers and sisters in the Lord!

Covering up is perhaps more important than ever, washing hands after the loo and keeping a distance is wise? If we cannot go out rather pray and enjoy Christian TV, books, reading the Bible, study, tapes, CD’s and use the Internet and phone to talk to friends, loved one and other believers!

Hard going, but we can praise God and give thanks?

Eventually a vaccine and maybe even a cure will be found, but for now for some of us it would be wise to stay in doors and limit human contact apart from who we are with!

As believers we are free to worship God at anytime and so we can praise Him and give thanks for what He has, is and will be doing for us!

We have the opportunity to share our faith, to pray, study the Bible and much more in caring and loving?

Being set Free!

There are tow kinds of freedom in these conditions, one that someone does not turn the other cheek and reports to the police and the second is that we in our fear  turn to God for His help?

Jesus came to set the captives free, free meaning both physically and Spiritually!

But many people in the world near and far are happy in the SH1T of their lives, addictions, mental health, pride, delusion or self-achievement? None of these at the end will save us, but rather they are all roads of the living Hell to Eternal HELL!

Our accountability and Responsibility?

Our relationship with God, through Jesus is part of the New Life that we have entered into, but this is a two way friendship and not a material or spiritual reliance! We ask and God will just keep giving more and more, we too have a role to play in serving, worshipping, praying and witnessing our faith to others?

The worlds ways today have invaded the Church in many ways, that has allowed believers to be excused of many areas? These areas cover the practical side of concern, activity and friendship without bias, and one has to wonder why the numbers are going down!

Fellowship or mixing in some more traditional congregations is failing because of racism, class, respectability and even dress, we have become self appointed judges? Instead of looking out for peoples problems and trying to help each other at cost!

MARS?

Being ruled out for Life!

Recent discoveries on the planet Mars and our hopes of living on it are being ruled out by some of the latest discoveries, that there is a thick layer of poisonous dust all over the surface? This dust would block all possibilities of life existing or surviving on the surface of the planet and the hopes of a planet based colony has for now gone out of the window?

But it is believed that two to three meters below the surface there may be soils that might sustain micro-biological life? This could mean we would have to drill under the ground, but some are already looking to the four large moons of Jupiter and further afield for the possibility of Life in our Solar System?

Claims made and Revealed?

We may not be lone in our own Galaxy, since a message has been sent out to a Galaxy 50,000 years away! But now a new observation has been made about four mysterious light sources in our own Galaxy, which seem to be bursting energy at the same time?

The Bible says noting about other life on other planets, only that each star is different from another! When God speaks with Job, He asks him about where does the light and darkness come from?

If there are Aliens then perhaps they have a similar Holy book to ours that says, In the beginning ! created?

Scientists who have Faith. Part-One.

Christians.

Many of the past leading scientists of the day, who have made some of the most prolific discoveries in human history in the last six hundered years were born again Christians.

Today within the scientific and medical comunirt global there a millions of believers working hard to find breaktrhoughs across the field.

We tend not to hear much about them in the media, unless they fall into some serious form of sin!

But it is their faith that pushes them on to ask the question in relation to the Universe, that upsets many. ‘Perhaps we are all alone after all?
