The moral ground on COP26?

‘Silence of the Lambs!

They were neither invited or they sat back to see what profit was in all of this for them?

Climate protestors have seen many Church people acting in a unwise way in blocking roads and disrupting the lives of the self-employed, proving to us that many of the clergy have never done a real day of hard work but rather spent time thinking about nothing and having an easy life?

For many of us on the frontlines of service this is of course far from the truth, dealing with the emotional states of people, violence directed at us by the guilty and also helping people get their rights in a indifferent world is tough enough!

Sadly there is no moral ground when it comes to making money, but investing and using it we can have some flexibility?

Then again looking a Coulson the slave trader we have another problem with our moral compass!

Exodus 23:7, Ester 3:4, Luke 16:15, Acts 28 :18, Romans 3:30, 2 Corinthians 8:24.

Twenty Years after 9/11!

Over four-hundred of the 3000 who died were British.

Many families of British troops lost in the last twenty years in Afghanistan, have said what was it for?

Well the U.S. bombed the Tora-Bora complex and destroyed the largest terror base ever, they eventually found Bin-Laden in Pakistan and great advantages were made in fields that the media did not cover!

What is our response to be to the worst known one off terror event in human history, to remember the British financiers and visitors who died in the twin towers on that day and the 400+ soldiers who died in Afghanistan doing their job!

One does not join an army to choose where they go, one goes were they are told and so we who have faith are armed for the warfare that we must face daily both in the physical and Spiritual and endure it?

More believers have died in the past twenty years world-wide for just believing in Jesus, than perhaps all the conflicts put together and we will eventually meet all of them when we get home to Heaven!

Kindness?

Lacking even in Ekklesia?

We may tend to think this is an old fashioned term, but it is not and it is something more of we need today amongst all believers and in the world too!

Sometime we will meet nice people who will help us and there are still a few out there and not all are Christians, but they do the right thing, help pay at the till when we are short of money, give us a bit of petrol for the car when we have not enough and even help us with a breakdown at the side of the road?

We too may show the same kindness and be richly returned as mentioned above, this is what God wants for us to do, to do what His son did to live like Him and stop being selfish, indifferent and hating from hurts!

Romans 2:4, 12:8, 2 Corinthians 6:6, 9:9, Galatians 5:22, Colossians 3:12, 1 John 2:5-6.

Same sex, Priests and woman Clergy!

Death knell to the Anglican Church?

We may accept this, I and many other Christians do not, since most of these stances are anti-Christ, despite what they claim to be they are forbidden in the Bible!

It is the world in conversion that will not come to accept these roles that are neither part of the reformation doctrine or as mentioned found in the bible and because of this stance many are being driven away to either stay entrapped in their own religious systems or non?

If we would only come back to the truth and preach Jesus death on the cross, His rising from the dead and His promised return this nation and many others too would be richly blessed!

Joel 2:12, Zechariah 1:2, Malachi 3:7, Luke 5:32, Acts 3:19, Romans 2:4, 2 Timothy 2:25, Revelation 9:21.

‘Our Gain!

Obtaining the Kingdom?

Only believers can obtain the Kingdom of God in this new dispensation and the world or the religious cannot!

What we have is precious since it was bought for us by the blood of Jesus and what we have is the gifts of service in fear and trembling from the Holy Spirit, that could only be imparted to us because Jesus ascended back to heaven forty day after He rose from the dead!

Service is not to sit on the treasure of gifts, but to invest in using what we have been given to further the Gospel message to this dying world, family around us and have no fear of others, wither they threaten or reject us but to pursue on to God’s glory.

Hebrews 12:28, Daniel 2:44, Hebrews 10:23.

Wrong Attitudes?

Worshipping in the Holy Spirit and Biblical Truth!

Many Christians are going to the wall over the situations with lockdowns and quarantine in the light of this Pandemic and we are seeing that many do not walk in the power of the Holy Spirit?

Buildings and ritualism, combined with traditions are part of their experience, that they have no freedom to worship God in the Spirit, with truth, it is all superficial!

These days may be a test for the end times, when we will have to hide and will not be free, many believers in the reign of Adolf Hitler and Nazi-Germany 1936-45, suffered greatly for their faith as Churches were lost to the new party doctrine of absolute obedience to the Dictator!

Today this is seen most notably in N-Korea, possible to some extent China, but in the west believers now have to deal with secular humanism and pluralism that one day will start to persecute more so than it is now trying to do!

John 3:3, 14-17, 4:23-24, 14:17, 16:13, 2 Thessalonians 2:13, 1 John 4:6, 5:7.

Science and other Religions!

Do not have all the Answers?

It is very easy today to be drawn into other things, we support green issues, we may support the claims of persecuted peoples, such as the Palestinians and we may be opening ourselves up into false concepts if not International terrorism that could come back to bite us in our own countries?

Science as a logic does not really have any answers when it comes to the spiritual world, rationalism is the easy way to explain the Holy Bible away and before one knows it we could be in the process of rebelling and refusing to hear out faith?

Many believers today refuse to recognize Israel as a restored nation that is in the plan of God for the false Messiah to be revealed to the world and then rebellion leads to faith issues being dismissed along with moral and deviance’ questions over sexual immorality?

Proverbs 1:24, Zechariah 7:11, Acts 7:35, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4, 2 Timothy 4:4, Hebrews 12:25.

Believing without Seeing?

Thomas Challenged!

The doubter got to see what he wanted, but Jesus told him that all believers in the future would believe without seeing and so two thousand years on Ekklesia continues to grow despite persecution, martyrdom, opposition!

Believers are getting saved daily everywhere, closed religious lands, Islamic lands, Communist dictatorship, even in our pluralistic and secular humanistic societies and some are secretive, while others have no fear and press taking the flack from misguided people?

What are we going to do today with this knowledge that we are being offered the New Life by a God who loves us and gave to you His one and only Son!

John 3:3, 20:29, Acts 4:12, 2 Corinthians 5:7, Hebrews 11:1, 27, 1 Peter 1:8.

EASTER! Part-One.

Bread & Wine?

For some it has been a long time now since we have been able to fellowship together and yet we should know that we can all the time in the Spirit and in truth as many millions do everyday in fear of being murdered?

The Lords table or Communion was set in place by our Lord at the last supper or Jewish Passover meal. He took bread and wine and left us an example of His death and atonement for our sins, before the Cross/stake/tree and in the New Covenant for us to keep!

Any believer can share the bread and the wine and quote scripture to family or their bubble and we have no need of a priest or a minister/pastor. It may be a challenge, but in these difficult times where two or three are gathered, Jesus said He would be with us!

Exodus 12:11-48, Matthew 18:20, 26:26-27, Mark 14:12-16, John 4:23-24, 1 Corinthians 11:25-26, Hebrews 2:12.

Christmas 2020! Two.

Zechariah and Mary’s songs? Prophetic.

We have much to find in these two songs in relation to the fulfillment of prophecy in that Jesus has entered in to human flesh, yet these songs also point to the ends of the ages and the new dispensation when all who have believed will have that eternal rest!

Israel as a nation and a people have not been forgotten in God’s plan and nothing has changed today, despite much acceptance by the Church of replacement theology and other Anti-Semitic ideas that are of sinful minded men and not God!

Zechariah 9:9-11, Luke 1:46-55, 67-79, Romans 3:25, 4:6-8, 1 Corinthians 4:8, Ephesians 1:7, James 2:5, Revelation 7:16-17.
