Anglican Communion!

Open to all filth and sin, but closed to the Jews?

Anglicanism has had a history of separation of races and creeds and it is only in the last twenty years that things seem to have equaled out to make it more open, except if you are Jewish!

On the face of the Church is would seem to be inclusive, but since Jews have their own wing and out reach that is enough for them?

The one place were this is noted to be very much active is in Jerusalem, where Arabs do not allow Hebrew believers to enter their buildings and they will even over rule the clergy in the matter, so one has to wonder in this current conflict, how much control has the Hamas and others over the Church in the region and is there any real freedom?

Matthew 24:7-8, 13, John 3:14-21, 2 Corinthians 4:2, Philemon 1:6, Hebrews 9:26, 1 John 1:5.

Christmas 2023!

The Virgin Birth?

We tend in this day and age of transgender and other issues to put away truths that Jesus our Lord and Savior was born to a woman that had no relations with a man and that the interaction with the Holy Spirit of God allowed Jesus the God/Man to enter into humanity, while Mary was healed and remained a virgin for her husband Joseph!

The story is simple and is fixed and why Church laity feel that they cannot understand it may have much to with where they stand with God, in that they are doing a job, with the faith to believe in the first place and thus every excuse under the sun is made to allow sin to have hold of the decay of society that will be re[laced by Islam?

We have something to share and we must do that to see others saved, and delivered from the evil that is off the world to the light of Jesus, bring hope and direction for others to go in the new life!

Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, 5:15-16, Luke 1:26-27, John 3:3, 14-18, Romans 6:22-23, Philemon 1:6, Hebrews 9:26, 1 Peter 2:12, Revelation 3:20.

EASTER! One.

Jesus reveals Himself to Pilate!

These two verses reveal much about the Lord and it would be wise to read Isaiah 53 today slowly and consider what Jesus has done for us who are born-again!

Easter and Christianity has many traditions and they way they see Jesus most of the time is not based on the Bible, but rather the feeling and impression of what we want Him to be?

Jesus does not claim Kingship of Himself, but rather confirms what Pilate the Roman says, He also reveals His Kingdom and his purpose of coming into the World!

These few lines sum up his role for us as much as the twelve verses in Isaiah 53!

Psalm 22:6-7, Isaiah 53:2, 12, Mark 9:11-13, John 18:37-38, 1 John 3:19-20.

LIFE?

What is needed for the nation and the Faith!

At times it is difficult to see any difference today between Ekklesia and the Kosmon, they have become intertwined and thus ineffective on scale to be different?

For some believers this may seem a good concept in thought, but now it is killing the power of the Holy Spirit in blocking off God!

As believers in the death, resurrection, ascension and return of Jesus our Lord, we are different from the world, in that we are living in it, but we are not of it!

There are many issues that rationalism is pushing and many in leadership are compromising the faith to win acceptance, when the truth is that sins must be denounced, repented of and not returned into!

New life is us focused on Jesus, will win souls and we will see that what we belong to is not what the world thinks is alright?

Acts 2:28, 5:20, Romans 2:7, 1 Corinthians 7:17, 2 Corinthians 4:10, Galatians 6:8, Ephesians 4:17-18, Colossians 3:3.

We can be Saved?

I’m too bad for God to Love Me!

You are no better than anyone of us, we are all the same when it comes to sin and our inherited fallen nature!

Satan is the one who scares us off from the truth of seek the forgiveness of Jesus to a change in our mental attitude, but if we ignore His attacks and surrender ourselves to God, turning away from the past our slate will be wiped clean and our sins never to be recalled again from the past!

If we are genuine in our need to seek Him we will find Him and He will have fellowship with us, to come to to the ever New Now of the Life Eternal!

Amos 5:6, 14, Zephaniah 2:3, Matthew 7:7-8, John 3:3, 14-21, Romans 8:24-25, 1 Timothy 4:10, Hebrews 4:12-13, 9:26.

Pastoring!

The role of the Minister and all believers?

In the daily life of Ekklesia much is placed on those at the head to lead the members of the congregation, but we forget that ministering is a shared role and as believers we have much to offer in the comforting of friends within and outsiders too!

Organization and denomination must not be a block to encouragement, to comfort in pain, death and illness, since we are all of one family who have faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus our Lord while also knowing that we have ben forgiven our past failings and are free to Eternity, if we remain faithful and right with God?

Colossians 3:1-6, Matthew 16:23, John 11:25-26, Romans 6:2, Colossians 4:2-6.

The Genome!

DNA Profiling, Medical history/prediction and racial Profiling?

If Nazi Germany had what we have today, Hitler would have discovered that one in four of the nation had Jewish roots and maybe even his own line too!

Genetics have proved essential in police and intelligence work, medicine and the prediction of illness, unless one is run over by a bus, involved in an air collision and so on?

Racial profiling has become an obsession for some to find out where they come from and there have been some surprising, if not uncomfortable truths to face up to? White people are not so white after all and facial details, color of skin can mean very little to what is revealed about us in our DNA!

God made us in His likeness and that is why Jesus His one and only Son was sent into the world, so that by faith in His death, resurrection, ascension and return we might be saved?

John 3:16, Psalm 80:7, 139:14, 2 Timothy 1:9, Titus 3:5.

The moral ground on COP26?

‘Silence of the Lambs!

They were neither invited or they sat back to see what profit was in all of this for them?

Climate protestors have seen many Church people acting in a unwise way in blocking roads and disrupting the lives of the self-employed, proving to us that many of the clergy have never done a real day of hard work but rather spent time thinking about nothing and having an easy life?

For many of us on the frontlines of service this is of course far from the truth, dealing with the emotional states of people, violence directed at us by the guilty and also helping people get their rights in a indifferent world is tough enough!

Sadly there is no moral ground when it comes to making money, but investing and using it we can have some flexibility?

Then again looking a Coulson the slave trader we have another problem with our moral compass!

Exodus 23:7, Ester 3:4, Luke 16:15, Acts 28 :18, Romans 3:30, 2 Corinthians 8:24.

Kindness?

Lacking even in Ekklesia?

We may tend to think this is an old fashioned term, but it is not and it is something more of we need today amongst all believers and in the world too!

Sometime we will meet nice people who will help us and there are still a few out there and not all are Christians, but they do the right thing, help pay at the till when we are short of money, give us a bit of petrol for the car when we have not enough and even help us with a breakdown at the side of the road?

We too may show the same kindness and be richly returned as mentioned above, this is what God wants for us to do, to do what His son did to live like Him and stop being selfish, indifferent and hating from hurts!

Romans 2:4, 12:8, 2 Corinthians 6:6, 9:9, Galatians 5:22, Colossians 3:12, 1 John 2:5-6.

‘Our Gain!

Obtaining the Kingdom?

Only believers can obtain the Kingdom of God in this new dispensation and the world or the religious cannot!

What we have is precious since it was bought for us by the blood of Jesus and what we have is the gifts of service in fear and trembling from the Holy Spirit, that could only be imparted to us because Jesus ascended back to heaven forty day after He rose from the dead!

Service is not to sit on the treasure of gifts, but to invest in using what we have been given to further the Gospel message to this dying world, family around us and have no fear of others, wither they threaten or reject us but to pursue on to God’s glory.

Hebrews 12:28, Daniel 2:44, Hebrews 10:23.
