Sweeping it Away?

Hypocrisy to Sexual Sins!

We cannot escape the facts that are staring us in the face on sexual sins in the Church of England, but it is not confined to the state Church but also to the Free Church, were many serving God are maybe neither saved nor mentally stable and would be better off just working in the world?

Many enter ministry for other reasons, to hide from their own mistakes or to find the sexual pleasures fulfilled in the hope that no one will question them!

But one only sometimes has to scratch the surface to be shocked by whom they think is there for them, is there for themselves and things may be more sinister than meets the eye when it comes to Pastors privileges?

Philippians 2:14-15, 2 Peter 3:17-18.

October 7th 2023!

The day that changed Israel?

Twelve hundred people were massacred, raped and decapitated by Palestinian terrorists and hundreds kidnapped, which has lead to fifteen months of war with seven fronts in the regions, two missile attacks from Iran, the eradication of the Hezbollah in Lebanon, the removal of Al-Assad in Syria and the departure of dotty Joe Biden!.

But the enemies of Israel are still out there with Yemen and Iran and the undermining of the Holocaust on this day marking eighty years since world war-II and six years of systematic mass murder of the Jewish/Hebrew people?

Even as Europe marks this day from Poland, nothing has changed in the world, Cambodia, Rwanda and many other nations have committed similar crimes and now Europe wants Israel to keep adopting the same old rhetoric of a two state, but Jerusalem will not and so the times have changed as Israel has to rake control and defend itself!

Deuteronomy 1:17, 29, Proverbs 13:8, Acts 4:19-25, Philippians 1:27-28, Hebrews 4:12-13, 9:25-28.

Personality Destruction?

After they have died!

The old adage was once not to speak ill of the dead, but since Jimmy Saville many, such as Al-Fayad are being discredited for their sexual activity and since they cannot defend themselves in court big payouts are being made?

The problems lays with those who knew and facilitated, but did not report and at that to who at the time, since these men moved in high society and the police would have turned a blind eye to the culture of the day?

Job 34:12, Proverbs 12:17, Luke 8:15, John 4:23-24, 2 Corinthians 13:8, Hebrews 4:12-13.

2024?

Poverty, debts, false hopes and homelessness!

These are the facts of human existence today in the U.K. and several other western societies, people are greedy, indifferent and pressured, financial plans have failed, investments have fallen through?

We really don’t care too much about others, maybe some of us will do a little bit, but generally if it does not come to our door we will ignore it!

Many believers are worse than the world in passing Judgement on others with their respective opinions, and not living in the reality that our Lord Jesus saw each and everyday two-thousand years ago in Israel under the Imperial Roman occupation.

Our attitudes need to change from love to compassion, from Church to family, from hearing to listening and acting rather than having a plethora of excuses?

Proverbs 6:11, 10:4, 28:22, Matthew 18:30, 34, Luke 7:43, Colossians 2:14.

Ekklesia and Immigration!

U.K. Housing in Portland Bill?

The people of Dorset are upset about housing illegals on a floating hotel that is being converted at this time in Falmouth, Cornwall, SW-U.K. But they must have short minds as to the ongoing situation from Kent to Sussex and the problems that are faced daily?

The government is to blame with their confused policy of closing means in foreign lands to obtain visas and other mean to help people wanting to come to the U.K.

Meanwhile the Church finds this morally wrong in having people deported to Albania, Rwanda and Nigeria to have their applications processed, fear may slow down the process, but it will not stop the flow and many British (White) people will still moan about nothing

Job 22:9, Isaiah 9:17, John 14:18, John 1:27.

Hindus and Muslims Clash!

Britain’s new Sectarianism?

Clashes and intimidation has been rife between the two Asian communities in the north and centre of England since May this year, and have escalated since the 28th August!

The government hopes it will go away and the police have been afraid of being accused of racism and old question that does not apply to black people in the U.K.?

Hindus temples are hosting right-wing Modi speakers and this is causing serious offence to the Muslim community, but equally Muslims are making threats to Hindus using the terminology that you are not welcome here, claiming that they own certain areas of the U.K.!

Eventually, when a white person or a police officer is killed the Liz Truss might wake up to some of the real issues that her party has failed to address in its twelve year reign?

Psalm 9:13, Isaiah 30:20, Matthew 5:9, 8:26, Ephesians 4:18, 1 Peter 2:15.

Understanding!

Listening and Hearing?

To be a true pastor of the sheep, we need to listen, hear clearly and understand what people are trying to say and where they are coming from!

Many Christians in leadership today many preach well, may attend many conferences or are invited to many meetings, but fail to care for their own flock in a right way?

People wither believing or unbelieving need help, situations occur in families, work and school if not other places where crime is high parents worry about their kids, even adults, mental health and housing along with benefit issues, that others coming from the middle-classes do not have to deal with so much!

Deuteronomy 1:13, Psalm 49:3, 20, Proverbs 2;2, Isaiah 11:2, Colossians 2:2, James 3:13, 1 Peter 3:7.

This Generation?

Jesus compares!

One one level Israel was looking for deliverance from Greek influence and Roman occupation, but on the other hand they were pretending to be morally something they were not and in that they refused to turn to their Messiah and be saved?

Many came to Him to be healed, to have the demons driven out, but as one man said to Jesus help me to believe this, others followed with idealism as much as Judas Iscariot who would betray Him!

Others ran away in fear, some played the flute and danced others the dirge of the funeral songs, but neither had faith only their empty traditions?

Today many claim a faith and yet they practice dishonesty, live in sexual sin, justify or ignore poverty, exploitation and pretend our nations are great, when they are not and neither is Ekklesia either!

Matthew 11;16-17, Luke 7:31-32, James 4:7.

Remembering?

Networks of Service Peoples!

Only the survivors march, wreaths are laid for those gone by who fought in our various wars and much pain and suffering is brought to mind, but not much is done for those who were cowards, who refused to fight on religious grounds or now suffer from post traumatic distress symptoms or shell shock?

In all of humanity there is a hypocrisy to conflict, governments, kings and the the simple folk the sometime brain washed fodder of battles!

There is no solution to the human condition accept for faith in God, but most times this does not mean we can avoid fighting wars, conflicts or terrorism which is now more prevalent than it has ever seemed?

2 Samuel 17:8, Psalm 144:10, Hosea 1:7, Matthew 24:6, Mark 13:7, Luke 21:9, 2 Corinthians 10:4, Ephesians 6:10-18.

As believers we fight wars everyday, in the mind, with those who seek to argue with us over why is this and why does God not do that, but we are a already armed up people with our faith, Salvation, truth, gospel message and the sword of the Spirit!

The moral ground on COP26?

‘Silence of the Lambs!

They were neither invited or they sat back to see what profit was in all of this for them?

Climate protestors have seen many Church people acting in a unwise way in blocking roads and disrupting the lives of the self-employed, proving to us that many of the clergy have never done a real day of hard work but rather spent time thinking about nothing and having an easy life?

For many of us on the frontlines of service this is of course far from the truth, dealing with the emotional states of people, violence directed at us by the guilty and also helping people get their rights in a indifferent world is tough enough!

Sadly there is no moral ground when it comes to making money, but investing and using it we can have some flexibility?

Then again looking a Coulson the slave trader we have another problem with our moral compass!

Exodus 23:7, Ester 3:4, Luke 16:15, Acts 28 :18, Romans 3:30, 2 Corinthians 8:24.
