On A.I., Robotics and the Soul of a self-thinking Machine?

Shintoism and Taoism believe that they do and this has influenced Japanese engineers into what they ae building, but it is us in the Christian world using the tech understand that they cannot and most of the time we are ignoring the facts of the origin of the programming!

The media is more concerned about fake media generated by Artificial Intelligence over that of the machine being human like in its thinking and the dangers of sin being in the root of its program, since we are desperate to avoid moral issues now that we claim we live in a open society?

Many drones used in cruise missile technology and advanced computing are already in service, but in time they may question our motives on certain operations more so on the morality of what we want them to do!

Drones and Robots?

Both of these new types of machines are now in service with world forces and drones being cheap on the civilian market can be deployed by lesser nations!

Russia is way ahead in robotics now having several deployed on the International Space station, but for now they may be doing essential space work that is dangerous for humans, what secret military projects are under way?

Lives will be saved on the battlefield over that of what is termed conventional war, but enemy missiles will target the control vehicles and centers where many could be killed or taken by surprise?

Warfare is us much a technology game as it remains one of espionage and that aspect will remain as long as humanity exists, so being sold out is nothing new!

The Holy Bible tells us that in the last days and the great battles that will hunt down believers, who have been left behind the scorpion will be a key weapon! But we must not fear the evil around us, since we have been given authority over everything!

Elan Musk makes Headways!

A new age in space travel and exploration is upon us with many nations now reaching for Space, the Moon, space stations, Space tourism and robots on Mars.

If we can keep it together down here on Earth, we may be colonizing Moons and planets within the next seventy years and what we are learning about the density of space beyond the Solar system will determine a new kind of travel?

Humanity is clever and we see this in the building of the tower of Babel, man was united in reaching Heaven!

Today science is trying to prove God wrong, but it is He who will undo mans self-achievement and bring us back down to the reality of a world in a pandemic and the starving millions!

One has to wonder what we have not been told as they search for a moving life form, or is this just another billions dollar mineral exploration mission? The. U.A.E., India, China and the European Union or ESA are all off now on various missions to map and maker closer study of Mars and what amazing things are waiting for them?

But it will be some time before the rest of us Earthlings will really, if ever know what has been found there? Humanity is desperate to disprove God and hopes to find life somewhere and it may do that, but wither we will ever meet aliens like our selves is debatable?

But if we ever do, then they too will have a Holy Book that says, ‘In the beginning (There God) created!

Russia another First!

First humanoid Robot on ISS.

Someone has to be first at everything and Russia was first in the so called space race, while today it may seem to be left behind it remains a vital key player in the International Space Station and now with the first humanoid Robot!

Many did not expect this, I think perhaps hopes were set on S-Korea and Japan for that breakthrough and it just shows us that the media can be very biased at times in most things?

This is a starting break for the safety of humans in space, with a return to the Moon and a possible mission to Mars much will be gathered for essential works or mundane duties to be served by disposable robots?

We are not limited anymore to Earth and can leave the cradle to go out and explore our Solar System, as long as we can visually see home! Perhaps in the next hundred years humanity will be mining and travelling to the next stars, but much has to be discovered before we get there?

Humanoids coming Soon!

It is hoped that within the next fifty years every home with have a talking box and its own or several robots to help us in our lives? Many robots are hidden today in manufacturing, automated flight and various types of travel but the humanoid robots of science-fiction is still a bit away from our reach as yet?

It is great to see so much study and interest in young people developing new materials and coding for machines that already exist, but time usually improves everything! Currently many industrial robots have been fine tuned and are now adapted for use is medial surgery with lasers etc?

But apart from drones and pilotless cars, trains humanity does truly desire to have its own servant and this will come via various outlets from voyeurism to medical assistance! But eventually we will have what we want and we will have to see how humanity will cope with our new kind of slaves?

Covers a massive field?

We must always thank God for scientists who are finding cures and new techniques to improve surgery, drugs and fight cancers and other similar disease before they can get going in the human body!

Science today also covers cybernetics, with the introduction of the Polish skeletal suit that will help many to walk for the first time in their lives, this can only but advance and improve with time?

Lasers are nothing new, but robot technologies are to be soon introduced and with computing the internet and video links surgeons will be able to work from any part of the world!

There are many Christians working in these fields and many who praise God daily for His love and mercy, His grace to help them press on with new ideas and stand back in the amazement of His creation?

Machines Malfunction!

This has always been the case in relation to ideals on paper looking good but in reality for one reason or another the don’t work?

New Horizons and several other projects from telescopes to Mars rovers have proved a disappointment, but scientists have the habit of claiming they got enough data to make it worth the cost?

New Horizons perhaps should have just stayed in orbit around Pluto, since it is one of the most exciting worlds yet to be seen and a second probe head out for the Kuiper belt, such as those prior, Pioneer 1 and 2, Voyager 1 and 2?

Ethics in relation to Robots?

Humanity has to make this moral choice now, before Robots become self thinking and aware of themselves? This may be some time away, but that may only be years rather than decades and so the original Science-fiction laws of the author Isaac Asimov have now been by passed by a new set developed in Japan!

The interesting fact is that no one at this time to my knowledge has questioned the changes and the dangers that lye ahead for humanity? It is a moral maze that has to be debated and set in place for the safety of human life and our interaction with these self-thinking machines wither here on Earth or in the future on other planets in our Solar System?

War Machines!

Computers and robotics have now been operational with the world military forces for the last fifty-seven years! The Internet was a military communications network up to at least the late 1970’s, fly-by were in aircraft from the 1960’s up until the 1990’s and many robotic creatures were developed from the 1970’s up to 2010?

These were the basis for what we believe we know about the military, the drones have been steadily improving since the 1970’s to what we have now as a self thinking machines? These new computers can choose their own targets and can be left to their own devices as long as they make it home to aircraft carriers?

What we think we know from even the latest movies, is old technology? The driverless vehicle is already in operational use on the battlefield along with many other drones and the first robotic soldiers, the next fifty years will see less need for humans in many area except Command and Servicing?
