The problems with…

Today the world is full of growing new cities that are starting to have as many problems as they had in the past. The bigger a town gets, there is more of a problem with sanitation, a rise in diseases and today pollution from the burning of fossil fuels.

Overcrowding is one of the causes of infections and diseases to spread and in the past, apart from natural disasters many cities failed and where abandoned.

Humanity does not seem to have been able to learn from those past mistakes? if this is not possible in relation to these matters, it just proves the same with moral codes, the breakdown of society that is all linked to Sin.

ROBOTS. Part-Two.

Humanities Greed.

From science fiction to reality, many aspects of the Robot has many good and practical uses. But then comes the horror of something going wrong! This stems from mans greed, the wanting of more and more.

With a mass production line, comes the cutting of corners and saftey. We already have seen this in trains, aircraft, shipping such as the Titanic. Many disaster, including bad management in relation to the Space Shuttle crashing.

Humanity continues to practice slavery today on different levels, but it all comes back to greed and selfishness.

Seeds and Grass.

God Provides for Us.

The bible tells us that it is God who made the world and everything in it. We do not really know if it was created in six days or millions of years. Perhaps one day we will discover that the whole solar system and other planets, if we ever get to another star were all made at around the same time!   Psalm 104:14.

God gave to us grass for animals and cattle to eat, He also gave humans seeds, herbs and grasses, so that they could sow them and produce crops. Today there is much famine and economic failure, along with wars and displacement of people because of natural disasters.

Multi-national argriculture companies are monopolising on the supply of seeds now to impoverished parts of the world, they are genetically modifying them to be clones. This means that despite them having great survival potential, they cannot produce seeds as a natural plant would.

So the price rises and governments are blackmailed to change policies to suit Western ways of thinking.

Genesis 1:11-12,   29,   2:5,  9,   4:12,   Job 28:5,   1 Corinthians 3:7.

Immigration. Part-Two.

‘Why and Where?

There are many reasons why people leave their country of birth and go to a far away land. Persecution is probably the main reason, after that famine, natural disasters and last of all economic crises.

We tend to for get that at one time most of the countries in Europe had colonial empires, which explored the unknown world and then exploited resources, and people in to slavery.  The bible tells us about many nations ans peoples moving from place to place. Abraham and Moses were traveling great distances in their day.

Genesis 21:34,    Exodus 3:12,    Jeremiah 41:14-16,    Revelation 18:13.
