Forty to Fifty Days!

A time to reflect between Easter and Pentecost?

Not many believers bother to much after Easter, they just settle down and press on, but this is a good time to reflect and look at the other events of those forty days before our Lord Ascended and the Holy Spirit was poured out in Jerusalem.

We have so much that is both precious and invaluable and if we are serious about our conversion and faith, we will want to maintain what we have and also be of service to others with the love of Jesus that is within our hearts?

Today is difficult for most believers if not all, the world is attacking us from every angle but we have to make a stand for the truth and continue on in love warning this world that a day of reckoning is coming for us all!

The Blood. Two.

Resurrection, not Re-incarnation!

Jesus physically died and in the same way rose from the grave with the marks of His execution, we know this because of doubting Thomas wanting to see the holes in His hands!

Jesus appeared to Mary the former prostitute in the garden, He appeared to His Disciples, to the men travelling to Emmaus and over 500 people said they saw and met with Him over the forty days between His rising and Ascension back into Heaven.

Jesus was not reincarnated he was the same person on human form and when he returns all who brought those marks on Him will see Him marred.

John 20:26-28,   Galatians 6:17,   1 Peter 1:8,   Revelation 1:7.

Ascension and Return.

From forty days to 1000 Years.

Jesus spent forty days here on earth after He arose from the dead, He appeared to His Disciples and to reassure the many secret believers. He also reinstated Peter and appeared at one time to over five-hundred people. Then He had to return to Heaven to allow the Holy Spirit to be given to all believers.

These avents are all miracles in their own right, they are beyond the comprehension of the human mind and that is why believers have the Holy Spirit to help.

Jesus promised he would return and He will at the Fathers will, when He does he will rule on the earth for 1000 years and protect and defend the Kingdom of Israel.

Acts 1:6, 1 Corinthians 15:6, Revelation 15:3, 19:15, 20:4-7.
