Light amplification by stimulated emission of Radiation?

This is the term for what a Laser is and how it works, and today we use this type of technology in weapons, in surgery, and much of industry, even to our own 3-D Printers and much more and more is to come with this basic mechanism!

What the future holds is the optic cable using a different power of the Laser in A.I. and advanced computing, maybe even in space travel signals with be backed up and much more in building Gate-way space stations and Moon-Mars bases?

Job tells us about what we humans can do, even God knew the disaster that humans were bring on themselves at Babel and Jude quotes Noah in relation to humanity angering God, but now there is to be no reprieve, but Judgement, unless we repent know and seek His forgiveness?

As believers we know that we have been saved by the blood of Jesus and the cost of that precious Salvation? Psalm 129:3, 1 Peter 2:24.

Now it is time to understand that we cannot do without the power that is promised to us from God, in the giving of the Holy Spirit that turns that heart of stone within us to His heart of flesh!

What more is there now, but to serve, to endure, maybe even to die and have no fear of anything except God Himself?

Ethics in relation to Robots?

Humanity has to make this moral choice now, before Robots become self thinking and aware of themselves? This may be some time away, but that may only be years rather than decades and so the original Science-fiction laws of the author Isaac Asimov have now been by passed by a new set developed in Japan!

The interesting fact is that no one at this time to my knowledge has questioned the changes and the dangers that lye ahead for humanity? It is a moral maze that has to be debated and set in place for the safety of human life and our interaction with these self-thinking machines wither here on Earth or in the future on other planets in our Solar System?

Great Cities.

Today we might say Moscow, New York, Shanghai, Paris and London and there a quite a few more? We remember them because they are the seats of great power, freedoms, liberation, culture, science, all the attributes of human achievment!

The bible tells us to about the great cities that hold dark powers, these are the ones that oppress humanity, who murder believers in the past, today and the future.

God tells us through His word how he has destroyed those early ones with water and how one new one will be for all who had faith in Jesus, after the whore is destroyed.

Time Travellers.

Science fiction has its many time travellers, starting with H.G. Wells and his time machine to the ‘Back to the future series. Many other television series based sci-fi has also adopted the abilty of time travel and time lines, while in the U.K. we have our Dr.Who.

People continue to be facinated with the possibility of one day being enabled to travel through time, at the moment we have not got this tecnology and so it would seem impossible.

But the God of the Tanakh, Koran and the Bible is the only true real time traveller, because He is outside what we know as our time.

A Failure to Act.

Christians go to Church every Sunday, they hear many different kinds of sermons some are good and informative and there is plenty to take away. And yet other are weak and watery, with nothing gained.

Meanwhile it is each one of us who listens or not, because we are either half in the world or a believer hearing the wrong messages.

In fifty years from now there may be big changes in our societies and Christians will be challenged by others, ‘Why did you not act, when you claimed to be the people of the word?

Revelation 10:7, 11:18.
