The Bible. Part-Three.

Gods forgiveness and Mercy.

We do not really deserve anything from God, but because he loves His creation He desires to win us back to Himself through the works of His Son Jesus. The bible tells us from genesis to Revealtion that God seeks to have a personal relationship with us and that we remain humble and have both awe and fear of Him.

The world is full of people seeking a name for themselves, either in a good or bad way. We read and watch media everyday about achievements and terrorism, both sides are looking for the same highlights.

God ways are always the best and he promises to us in His forgiveness and Mercy the hope of Eteranl Salvation over that of Hell and damnation.

DNA and Inheritance. Part-Two.

Manipulation.

DNA profiling has been for the last thirty years a breakthrough in the detection of crime and terrorism, but it has now proved that it can be very easly manipulated. This has lead to many recent cases in the last 10 years being reviewed, as they may have been falsified.

Like everything that is good, there has to be a negative or bad side, this is the smae with inherited failure. People try to be good and they set up human ideas to improve themselves, but eventually something of that weaker side will reveal it self.

Turning to god is the only way to be forgiven that failure and we in relationship also have someone who is greater to turn to in our hour or moment of need.

Proverbs 11:28, 28:13, Jeremiah 17:18, 1 Corinthians 12:6, 1 Peter 5;5.

DNA and Inheritance. Part-One.

The fascination of Genetics.

It is indeed a fascinating world to see what each one of us is made up of or what we have inherited from our parents. The medical world can now predict what each one of us will die of! Genetics also tell us who we are and where we have come from in our racial identity.

But what as yet DNA cannot do is identify the strand that reveals our self, our free will to choose between good and bad and what the bible terms as Sin.

There are many good things that humanity have achieved in the last 200 years, but temper, anger and hate and that to murder, kill, exploit remains in the hands of God and the choices of us to seek and follow Him.

Genesis 4:7, 18:20, Job 2:10, Psalm 4:4, Proverbs 5:22.

”RESURRECTION.”

POWER.

The Apostle Paul reconised this power in the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, that he was also seeking in his own life to die that physical death that he might to be resurrected.

Today many Christians are being murdered and martyred across our world, not only by Muslim fanatics, but Hindus and Communists. Others are dying because of severe persecution, they are giving up to suicide to get out of no longer being able to cope.

We have a wonderful and mercyful loving God, our Father who knows the motives of all of humanity and He sees everything all the time. We should not be quick to pass judgement on people who have mental breakdown and stress, that leads to suicide.

Philippians 3:10-11,  1 Peter 1:3.

Death and Resurrection. Part-Two.

Jesus reveals Himself.

To Pilate, the man privalidged with meeting the Son of the Creator God face to face. Pilate had been warned by his wife, after she had had a bad dream. Pilate was in a catch twenty-two situation, because he allowed himself to be manipulated by the religious court.

Pilate now was being witnessed to by the Messiah, but he was not able to grasp the truth. Roman society that he belonged to was full of corruption and deciet, so to him what was the truth?

Jesus reveals to us here that He is indeed the King of Kings and He has an army of angels aaiting orders for their final reuturn with Jesus at the end of the ages in the Fathers will.

John 18:36-37, Matthew 26:64, 27:11, Mark 14:62.

Death and Resurrection. Part-One.

Destiny.

Jesus knew from before He was born in human flesh to the Virgin Mary, that He was destined to die. This is because He was the promised Messiah, first to His own race Israel and then to all in the world who would believe by faith in His works.  Luke chapter 2.

Jesus made it a point to tell His Disciples that he was going up to Jerusalem and on the third day He would arise from the grave.  Matthew 16:21, 17:23, 20:19, Luke 9:22, 13:32, 18:33.

Jesus had to shed His blood, for without blood there can be no removal of sin. Jesus was the perfect man who did not sin, co that He fulfilled the Jewish legal requirements. Hebrews 9:22.

A.I. Part-Two.

Will the Robots out wit Us?

We are being warned by many that robotics is progressing to fast and may eventually out wit us. This may already be the case with some aspects of the technology in military services and other industries,

Life need a soul, the bible tells us that only man has this soul, animals have instinct. We humans are unique in that we can write and create art, poetry from our emotions of fear, love and anger.

God is very much in control of our world, He allows people to question Him, to hate Him and to make all sorts of statements about Him now. But this time will not last, one day we will all face our creator.

Genesis 2:22,  5:1,  6:6,  Job 10:11,  Ephesians 4:16,  Philemon 1:14.

The Search for Life. Part-Two.

Creation.

We are not told much in the bible, but perhaps it is enough and maybe what we have been told is all that we really need to know? ‘In the beginng God.’ Created the Heavens and the Earth, Genesis 1:1.

This is the most prolific verse ever written in human history, and the beginning of much controvisy.

When this verse is read in its original Hebrew form is has a different context that is lost in English translation.

God created, the Heavens and the Earth. This implies God as Eternal, He created, the Heavens plural and the Earth one planet.

Genesis 1:1-5,   Job 26:14,   38:4, 19.

The search for other Life. Part-One.

Our Galaxy.

In logical calulation it is estimated that there hase to 100, 000 Earth like planets in our own Galaxy, with at least 10,000 having humanoid intelligence. Scientists now want to send signals to them, how many I do not know but doing this after seeing so many alien movies does leave one wondering is it really a good idea?

The bible tells us in quite good detail about the creation, but it does not tell us about another Earth and so it would seem we are on our own in this what seems a never ending universe.

Genesis 1:1-31, Job 38:1-40:2, 1 Corinthians 15:40-41.

Love is Kind. Part-Two.

Patience.

Perhaps one of the hardest conditions to attain for anyone, but one that is commanded by God for us to have.  Patience is the key to the application of love, because we all make mistakes, are selfish from time to time and we have to learn to forgive and forget.

Jesus does not want us to hold things, that we hurt us. Seeing how others are evil and seem to get away with it, instead we must learn to be patient as God our Father is with us everyday of this side of Eternity.

Psalm 37:7-9,  2 Corinthians 6:4-6,  Galatians 6:9,  James 1:3-4.

We have the oppertunity in these next 24-hours to apply real love and concern for others, showing that we really do care.
