A. I. Part-One.

New Motion Pictures.

There are many films covering this subject of science and many who are warning that progress is moving to fast for humanity. What are we talking about here is the desire of humanity to have free Artificial Intelligence in the form of Android servents.

Tgere have been many great advances made in recent years in the military field, with drones that are partly self thinking. But some scientists want us to believe that these A. I.  Androids will replace us.

Manchines that think are one thing, but they have not yet developed the soul that humans have so that they are able to interact with our creator God.

Knowing the Future. Part-One.

Time Travellers.

Science fiction has its many time travellers, starting with H.G. Wells and his time machine to the ‘Back to the future series. Many other television series based sci-fi has also adopted the abilty of time travel and time lines, while in the U.K.  we have our Dr.Who.

People continue to be facinated with the possibility of one day being enabled to travel through time, at the moment we have not got this tecnology and so it would seem impossible.

But the God of the Tanakh, Koran and the Bible is the only true real time traveller, because He is outside what we know as our time.

Conception. Part-Three.

The Cross and the Crib.

We must not let it slip by that Jesus was born to die, He was the final sacrifice for Sin and His death and resurrection would do away with the need of the Temple sacrifices.

Mary was told about these events after Jesus was circumcised in the Jerusalem Temple by two old folks whom God had allowed to see the Messiah of Israel and the Savior of the World.

Simeon and Annah had waited a long time, but because of their devotion to God in a godless and near pagan nation.

Conception. Part-Two.

Miracles.

The birth of Jesus was a supernatural devine miracle, healing is also a miracle and getting saved from our Sins. Science can guess or find a rational explanation to any event, but not the real answers.

Science can do many great things to improve our lot, but it has no rational explanation of faith.

Humanity has come up with many systems over the millenia to improve society, but Sin remains are unsolved condition.

The bible tells us only God can help us, if we set out to give up the selfishness in our attitudes.

Job 36:10,  Luke 17:4,  Acts 3:19,  Revelation 2:21.

Out of Africa. Part-Two.

The Plague.

West-African nations are now facing a plague that involves a virus that is mutating at an alarming rate. As Ebola mutates it will change its resistance to what is now known about it from a medical stance.

Ebola is contained it would seem in seven known contries, but the slip up in the U.S offers up between 70 and 135 possible cases. The one thing to be noted is the protective gear being provided, why is it not up to the standard of Nuclear and chemical military standards?

The bible tells us that God does send plagues and He will deal with poeple who deliberatly commit sin. The western world has enjoyed over 400 years of Christian promotion, but many now justify Sin and oppose the right of Israel to be in their own promised land.

Earthquakes and Volcanoes. Part-Two.

Unpredictable.

Was it only last week that we saw the eruption of a volcanoe in Japan, with the sad loss of many lives. This is how our planet works, we may know much and speculate more. We may have many ideas and may even be able to predict some, but we will be caught out.

It is only God who knows everything and if we follow Him, we will be a bit wiser not to be to keen to venture into dangerous places unless He tells us to go.

The Good. Part-Three.

God’s Standards.

We all like to think we have done good and what is right and sometimes we can forget that God chose us because we were bad and not able to be good on any level. Many people who met Jesus thought of Him as a good man because of the healings and miracles that he was performing daily.

Another problem that plagues our thoughts is to see what we think is good works being carried out around the world and we are so easily lead to praise others, while forgetting to recognise the work of Jesus and believers leading thousands to faith and the promise of Eternal Salvation!

Luke 18:18,  John 5:41-44.

REVOLUTION. Part-One.

Absalom and Sheba.

There are many people out there who think that they can do a better job at leadership than the current established order. But there are some serious problems that arise with power and that is, that it can go to ones head.

Currently we are seeing a changing Middle-East, many Dictators are in the process of being removed and being replaced by others with new names.

Absalom felt he would make a better King than his dad David and Sheba was after power within that new set-up. But God was not going to change His agenda for sinful and greedy men.

2 Samuel 15:10-20:6,   2 Samuel 20:10-22.

The Good. Part-Two.

‘Only One who is Good.’

We are no good, man, humanity are all failures!

God the Almighty, Creator and Sustainer is the only One who remains Eternaly Good. God is perfect and if we have the faith to believe, seek His forgiveness by repenting  of our wrong, mistakes, failure He is the God that will save us.

Salvation is promised and it is our hope, but we must try not to continue on as we are. We must change and be a New people enjoying the New Life that He has given to us.

Matthew 19:17,   Romans 6:22-23.

The Good? Part-One.

The Rich Man.

Asked Jesus a questions about wanting to be Saved. He called Jesus a Good man, but Jesus said to him, ‘Who is good, but only God’.

This shows us that we are all failures, Sinners and it is only God who is without sin.

Humans find it really hard to admit that they have failed, so they continue on hiding their shame.

Mark 10:18,   Romans 3:23-26.
