EASTER! One.

Jesus reveals Himself to Pilate!

These two verses reveal much about the Lord and it would be wise to read Isaiah 53 today slowly and consider what Jesus has done for us who are born-again!

Easter and Christianity has many traditions and they way they see Jesus most of the time is not based on the Bible, but rather the feeling and impression of what we want Him to be?

Jesus does not claim Kingship of Himself, but rather confirms what Pilate the Roman says, He also reveals His Kingdom and his purpose of coming into the World!

These few lines sum up his role for us as much as the twelve verses in Isaiah 53!

Psalm 22:6-7, Isaiah 53:2, 12, Mark 9:11-13, John 18:37-38, 1 John 3:19-20.

The Temple Mount. Part-Two.

Israel and Jesus Return!

Israel is the key to the Bible, the events of all human history pivot on Jesus born of the virgin and raised from the dead! The Jews do not now believe He is their Saviour, the Muslims do not accept His divinity and the world either laugh or moan at God to meet their demands?

The Temple will, has to be re-built on the mount for the false Messiah/Anti-Christ to return! There are terrible days ahead for Israel and the Jewish people, Jesus will return and gather His Ecclesia or Bride!

Those left behind will too then suffer much as the Jews, if not more so! Jesus will establish the Kingdom of Israel, because when our Lord returns He will rule on the earth for a thousand years!

This message may seem repeated, but one has to tell a deaf Church the truth that they are trying daily to deny as they deny many other aspects, commands and warnings in the Holy Bible!

The Crusades. Part-Four.

Despite all the killings the first Crusade proceeded across Europe to Constantinople (modern Istanbul) in western-Turkey. But they were delayed by nearly one year when the king of Hungary blocked their path, after he found out they wanted to kill the Jewish population. To him the Jewish community had brought his kingdom wealth and he did not want to loose that. In the second and third Crusades, his kingdom was obliterated by the French and German knights.

When the first Crusade reached Constantinople, they more or less destroyed it. By this period the Byzantine empire was in decline and this was the last chapter for the Christian Eastern Church. Meanwhile all of these events were encouraged by the Maronite Christians in the Middle-east, who switched allegiance from the Byzantines to the Roman Catholics in Rome.  Jeremiah 7:26.

Jesus was never political

Today there seems to be a new movement and stance in the British Churches in relation to Israel, especially in light of the Palestinian peoples and their rights to the land. Some Christian clergy have joined the ‘Christ at the road block‘ movement.

But the reality of Jesus was, he was moral, being a perfect man fulfilling the Law without sin. He criticized the religious leaders of the day, but in no way did he ever get involved politically with the Roman rulers.

The Jewish people wanted Jesus to be their King and to restore the Kingdom of Israel, but he came as the suffering servant to die and take the sins of man on his body to redeem those who would believe in Him.
