Visibility of the Clergy!

Mourning for Queen Elizabeth-II Regina and the Nation?

Are we seeing a reality of loss, a comfort to the people or just a procedure that has to be seen to be carried out every time a Monarch or a Prime minister passes?

The work of chaplaincy is now much needed as a million people may pass the coffin of our late Queen and be in deep grievance that death brings on us, if not recall to our own pain of personal loss?

Jesus was the great shepherd and He appointed the Disciples, who became Apostles and as the Ekklesia grew from the Way, much more was required in Church office to care for the respective flocks and not lord it over others vulnerable or not!

But we are all sinners and will fail as many do to money, to adultery, to theft, to hurting and exploiting others, if not the cases of sexual abuse and murder! Vows are not kept and many are flippant in their responsibilities accepting men who feel they are woman, while denouncing woman from the pulpit and breaking with Biblical teaching to self-achievement over the dying to self and obedience?

Jeremiah 23:2, John 3:3-21, 10:1-14, Acts 20:28, Hebrews 4:12-13, 9:26, 13:4.

Forty to Fifty Days!

A time to reflect between Easter and Pentecost?

Not many believers bother to much after Easter, they just settle down and press on, but this is a good time to reflect and look at the other events of those forty days before our Lord Ascended and the Holy Spirit was poured out in Jerusalem.

We have so much that is both precious and invaluable and if we are serious about our conversion and faith, we will want to maintain what we have and also be of service to others with the love of Jesus that is within our hearts?

Today is difficult for most believers if not all, the world is attacking us from every angle but we have to make a stand for the truth and continue on in love warning this world that a day of reckoning is coming for us all!

2017. A year Nearer!

Jesus promised Return!

It not a question will He, but rather when will He return?  For we who believe it should be our purpose and desire to hope for the return of Jesus soon to end the mess our world is in?

The Bible tells us that nothing is getting any better but rather worse than even in the days of Noah! We should be greatly encouraged knowing this, since we have much service and witness to do leading even our own families to know Jesus as we do?

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10,  Genesis 8:6,  Matthew 24:37,   Acts 1:7,  1 Peter 3:20.
