Arson or nature?
Arson is more of a factor in many of these fires by bored youth or deliberate criminal or terrorist activity along with two trains in two days jumping the tracks in SE-England, because of buckled steel!
I don’t think India has this issue, perhaps they use better quality steel in the third-world than we do in cutting costs and because incidents are rare its fine?
Many people have now been arrested in the Birmingham city area for arson and the damage and destruction of over forty properties which could happen again anywhere in S-England this month!
